Customer Acknowledgment & Delivery Terms
Customers are kindly requested to check all billed items and ordered products thoroughly before signing this document.
By signing, the customer confirms that they have received all products in satisfactory condition and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Felnatech.
If the customer does not sign this document, they waive the right to raise any claim related to product quantity, quality, or billing discrepancies.
Payment Related Issue:-
Return and Refund Policy:
- In case of product mismatch, damage, expiry, or billing errors, the customer must immediately return the product to the Delivery Manager or inform us by calling 01958 666 999 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- For eligible cases, refunds or returns will be processed within 7–10 business working days from the date of claim submission.
- If no refund or cancellation policy is applicable to a specific product, that will be clearly stated on the product page or in our policies.
Delivery Time:-
- Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 5 working days from order re-confirmation by phone call from FelnaTech team with client.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 10 working days from order re-confirmation by phone call from FelnaTech team with client..
EMI/Instaltment Payment:-
- For installment issue client need to hold any bank credit card.
- EMI product value minimum 5,000.00BDT up to any amount
